This easy to make recipe is perfect for any day of the week! Made with four delicious Ontario cheeses, this pizza is sure to be added to your weekly meal rotation.

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Leave the pizza dough on the counter to bring it to room temperature.

Step 2

Divide the dough in half (or create one large pizza! Be sure to check your pizza pan size) and roll each out to a 12-inch round. Place the dough on a pizza pan or baking sheet.

Step 3

Brush the pizza crust with melted butter and sprinkle with oregano or Italian seasoning.

Step 4

Spread the pesto or alfredo sauce over the pizza surface, leaving the crust area (outer edge) bare. Top each pizza with a mix of mozzarella, Asiago, Cheddar, and Parmesan.

Step 5

Place the pizza (or the first pizza) in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the dough is cooked through.

Step 6

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with basil. Cut into equal pieces and serve. Don't forget to place the second pizza in the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes.

Step 7

Optional: Garnish each slice of pizza with balsamic glaze.
