Looking for a healthier spaghetti alternative? Try this cheesy baked spaghetti squash which is so gooey and flavourful.
In a 400˚F oven, prepare a parchment-lined baking sheet and set aside.
Take halved spaghetti squash and brush with olive oil, and sprinkle on the salt and pepper. Place face down on the baking sheet and bake until soft and dark brown (about 40 minutes).
Using a fork, shred the interior of the spaghetti squash until tiny spaghetti like strings emerge. Top with Ontario shredded cheese, Ontario heavy cream, Ontario parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder and bake until cheese is melted. Once ready, garnish with more parsley and serve.
