This cheesy garlic bread will soon become a family favourite. Soft bread with melted cheese and a crunchy crust will definitely hit that comfort food craving.
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Mix together the melted Ontario butter, parsley, garlic and salt in a bowl.
Place the loaf of bread on a baking sheet and make slices every inch in both directions with a serrated knife.
Brush the garlic butter over the loaf of bread making sure it gets inside all the crosshatches.
Stuff the crosshatches with Ontario mozzarella cheese.
Wrap the loaf with aluminium foil and bake for 15 minutes then uncover and bake for another 5 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
