Raspberry Milkshake Pops
Jammy roasted raspberries blended with Ontario milk make a refreshing, creamy and super-flavourful treat during berry season.

- StepPreheat oven to 425°F (220°C). In a 13- x 9-inch (33 x 23 cm) pan, combine raspberries and sugar. Roast, stirring occasionally, for 15 to 20 minutes or until juices are bubbling and slightly reduced. Let cool slightly.
- StepIn blender, combine milk, raspberry mixture, vanilla and salt. Blend until smooth, then divide among 8 ice pop moulds. Freeze for 3 to 4 hours or until frozen.
