    Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Step
    In a large bowl combine sugar and flour. Whisk in eggs, melted Ontario lactose-free butter and Ontario lactose-free milk until well combined.
  3. Step
    Pour mixture into greased 12-muffin tin, filling them to a little more than ¾ full. Bake for 30 mins or until golden brown.
  4. Step
    Remove tarts from muffin tin while hot and allow them to cool. Repeat step 3 and 4 if making 24 milk tarts. Dust with icing sugar and serve.
