- StepHeat a heavy bottom pot on medium heat. Add in ghee, followed by rice and stir. Add in cardamom pods and mix until aromatic.
- StepAdd Ontario milk and stir well until milk comes to a boil. Once boiling, lower heat to low and let simmer, stirring frequently until thickened.
- StepTo enjoy this cold, transfer into a bowl and place it in the fridge for 30 mins or until chilled.
