    In a large bowl, mix in local cream cheese, local cheddar cheese, onion, mustard and peppers until well combined.
  2. Step
    If making two trees, divide in half or if making one leave as whole. Refrigerate mixture until firm enough to shape.
  3. Step
    Place cheese mixture on a parchment lined baking sheet. Shape mixture into a cone to look like a Christmas tree. Roll tree in parsley and/or press parsley evenly onto tree.
  4. Step
    Press dried cranberries onto the cheese tree diagonally in a row to form a garland. Press bell pepper pieces onto trees for ornaments. Top tree with a star shape cut from a block of local cheddar cheese. Serve with crackers.
