This hearty and flavourful casserole dish is loaded with locally made dairy. Full of creamy and gooey cheese mixed with fresh broccoli makes this dish an instant classic.

- StepPreheat oven to 350˚F. Grease a round casserole dish and set aside.
- StepHeat a large saucepan and add broccoli, onion and water. Bring to a boil. Cook until broccoli is tender.
- StepMeanwhile, in a large bowl, mix flour, Ontario milk, and salt into broccoli. Stir until it thickens. Once ready, remove from heat and fold in Ontario cheddar cheese and butter until melted.
- StepPour the casserole into the round baking dish and top with bread crumbs. Place into oven to bake for 30 minutes or until browned.
