  1. Step
    Preheat oven to 350˚F. Grease a round casserole dish and set aside.

    Heat a large saucepan and add broccoli, onion and water. Bring to a boil. Cook until broccoli is tender.
  3. Step
    Meanwhile, in a large bowl, mix flour, Ontario milk, and salt into broccoli. Stir until it thickens. Once ready, remove from heat and fold in Ontario cheddar cheese and butter until melted.
  4. Step
    Pour the casserole into the round baking dish and top with bread crumbs. Place into oven to bake for 30 minutes or until browned.
