Step 1
Using a milk frother or whisk, whip the whipping cream to soft peaks.
Step 2
Add the whipping cream to a blender (reserving a couple of tablespoons to garnish) followed by the lemon juice, condensed milk and ice. Blend until smooth.
Step 3
Transfer to a serving glass, top with a dollop of reserved whipping cream and garnish with a slice of lemon. Enjoy!
