WHIPPED CREAM CHEESE (FOR 2 MUGS)

Instructions

  1. Step
    Divide the butter into two microwave safe mugs and heat in microwave until butter is melted.
  2. Step
    Divide and add flour, sugar, and baking powder into each mug. Mix until smooth.
  3. Step
    Microwave each mug seperatly for 45 seconds. Once ready, set aside to cool.
  4. Step
    In a large bowl, add milk, icing sugar, cream cheese, and whisk until creamy.
  5. Step
    Layer each cup, starting with the strawberries and then add, whipped cream cheese. Repeat again and finish with the whipped cream cheese.
  6. Step
    Top whipped cream cheese with a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs and strawberries.
