Celebrate the holidays with this festive chocolate mint mocktail that’s prepared with a rich and fudgy homemade chocolate milk.

  1. Step
    In small saucepan set over medium heat, warm 1/4 cup (60 mL) milk until heated through and just starting to simmer. Remove from heat and stir in chopped chocolate and salt. Let stand for 1 minute and whisk until smooth. Whisk in remaining milk and mint extract; refrigerate until well chilled.

    Meanwhile, transfer crushed candies to shallow plate. Brush 4 martini glass rims with chocolate sauce and dip into crushed candies.

    Just before serving, in small bowl, using handheld electric mixer, whip cream and confectioners’ sugar until stiff peaks start to form.

    Drizzle remaining chocolate sauce into prepared glasses. Divide chocolate milk mixture evenly among glasses.
  5. Step
    Top with dollop of whipped cream. Shave remaining dark chocolate over top.
