Step 1
In a small saucepan add red wine vinegar and shallots. Let cook on medium until shallots absorb the flavour. Set aside to cool.
Step 2
Once cooled, in a large bowl, add remaining ingredients, shallots and red wine vinegar, mix until evenly combined. Transfer mixture to plastic wrap and shape into a log or preferred shape, twisting the ends to close. Refrigerate and serve alongside steak.
