  1. Step
    Preheat oven to 350°F. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Step
    Melt Ontario butter over medium heat in Dutch oven. Sear both sides of the chicken breast, remove from pan and set aside.
  3. Step
    Add more butter to the dutch oven, turn to low heat. Add zest two lemons and juice from one lemon to the pot. Add garlic, cinnamon stick and sage Gently simmer. Add chicken breast and milk to pot, cover and place in oven.
  4. Step
    Bake for one hour at 350F. Once chicken is cooked remove from pot and add spinach to Dutch oven. Gently mix until spinach is wilted. Serve with spinach and lemon butter sauce.
