Eating your greens couldn’t get any easier with our take on a green bean casserole. Made with local heavy cream, a creamy filling with a crispy exterior has never tasted better.

- StepSpray a baking dish with cooking spray. Trim and blanch green beans. Place them in an 11x7-inch baking dish.
- StepHeat canola oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add mushrooms and onions; cook until browned. Stir in all-purpose flour. Add unsalted chicken stock, Ontario whole milk, salt and pepper. Stir until thick and smooth.
- StepSpoon sauce over green beans. Sprinkle panko and Ontario shredded cheese. Broil until golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
