Whipped Ontario Feta & Honey Dip
Whipped local feta, honey, and locally made cream cheese are the perfect combination of sweet and salty. The secret to making it extra creamy is the local cream cheese. Serve this simple, delicious starter with fresh bread, crackers, or vegetables.

- StepAdd the feta, cream cheese, table cream, lemon zest, Italian seasoning or oregano, and hot pepper flakes to a food processor. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- StepWith the food processor running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil and blend until very smooth and creamy.
- StepSpread the whipped feta onto a serving plate or shallow bowl. Drizzle with honey, then sprinkle with parsley and additional Italian seasoning, flaked sea salt, and hot pepper flakes, if desired.
- StepServe with crackers, toasted baguette slices, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
The whipped feta can be made up to 3 days ahead and refrigerated in an airtight container. Bring to room temperature before serving, then drizzle with honey and garnish.
