    Slice brie into approx. 6 slices.
  2. Step
    Spread one side of each bread slice with softened butter.
  3. Step
    Heat a large skillet over medium-low heat. Place 2 bread slices butter side down in the skillet, working in batches if necessary.
  4. Step
    Top each slice with 3 slices of brie, a sprinkle of dark chocolate, and raspberries. Top with the remaining bread slices, butter side up.
  5. Step
    Cook, turning occasionally, for 4–5 minutes per side, or until the bread is golden and the brie and chocolate are melted.
  6. Step
    Transfer to a plate, cut in half, and serve warm.

Tip

Other bread suggestions if challah is not available are your favourite fruit or nut bread like raisin or walnut loaves would work well.
