  1. Step
    In an airfryer, add butter, roast tomatoes and red onion at 350ºF for 15 mins.

    In the meantime, melt the butter in a pan over medium-high heat and toast bread slices until golden, approximately 2 minutes on each side.

    In a small bowl combine cottage cheese, chopped basil and lemon zest.
  4. Step
    To assemble the toast, spoon cottage cheese onto each slice, top with cherry tomatoes, onions, and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with crumbled feta.
