Make restaurant quality, fresh, buttery parmesan garlic knots in the comfort of your home.

- StepPreheat the oven to 400˚F. Prepare a parchment-lined baking sheet and set aside.
- StepTake premade pizza dough and roll into a long log with a 4” width. Cut into 4”x4” squares and individually roll them out into 8” ropes. Tie each dough into knots and tuck the ends underneath.Place the knots on the tray and set aside.
- StepIn a small bowl, melt Ontario butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and mix. Brush each knot with the butter mixture, reserving some for brushing later.
- StepBake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Once ready brush with more garlic butter and garnish with parsley and Ontario parmesan.
