    Line a cupcake tin with cupcake liners. Set aside.

    Mix together chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter until combined.

    Scoop 1 1/2 tablespoons of the chocolate cookie crumb mixture into each cupcake liner and press down to form the crust.

    In a medium sized bowl, whip 2/3 cup of the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

    Using a handheld or stand mixer, beat the cream cheese and melted milk chocolate together. Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix until combined.

    Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until everything is combined and smooth.

    Scoop or pipe the cheesecake filling into the cupcake liners so that they are almost full to the top. Use an offset spatula to smooth out the tops of the cheesecakes.

    Chill the cheesecakes in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until firm. This makes it easier to remove the cupcake liners.
