Celebrate the holidays with this festive chocolate mint mocktail that’s prepared with a rich and fudgy homemade chocolate milk.

- StepIn small saucepan set over medium heat, warm 1/4 cup (60 mL) milk until heated through and just starting to simmer. Remove from heat and stir in chopped chocolate and salt. Let stand for 1 minute and whisk until smooth. Whisk in remaining milk and mint extract; refrigerate until well chilled.
- StepMeanwhile, transfer crushed candies to shallow plate. Brush 4 martini glass rims with chocolate sauce and dip into crushed candies.
- StepJust before serving, in small bowl, using handheld electric mixer, whip cream and confectioners’ sugar until stiff peaks start to form.
- StepDrizzle remaining chocolate sauce into prepared glasses. Divide chocolate milk mixture evenly among glasses.
- StepTop with dollop of whipped cream. Shave remaining dark chocolate over top.
