    Heat a heavy bottom pot on medium heat. Add in ghee, followed by rice and stir. Add in cardamom pods and mix until aromatic.

    Add Ontario milk and stir well until milk comes to a boil. Once boiling, lower heat to low and let simmer, stirring frequently until thickened.

    To enjoy this cold, transfer into a bowl and place it in the fridge for 30 mins or until chilled.
