    Preheat the oven to 350°F.

    In a small pan, add butter and sauté chopped vegetables until tender, about 6 minutes.

    In a small bowl add the Greek yogurt. Very slowly, add the milk and whisk until completely incorporated.

    In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and the yogurt mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
