    In a small bowl, combine yogurt and milk slowly using a whisk. Add the chia seeds and honey, whisk and let sit in the fridge for 10 minutes.

    In the bottom of a medium sized glass, add half the berries and the peanut butter.

    Take the chia seed mixture out of the fridge, mix one last time to ensure a smooth texture, and pour on top of the peanut butter.
