Ingredients

CHIPOTLE, LIME & CILANTRO COMPOUND BUTTER

EVERYTHING BAGEL COMPOUND BUTTER

BACON & ONTARIO BLUE CHEESE COMPOUND BUTTER

GARLIC & PARMESAN COMPOUND BUTTER

Instructions

  1. Step
    Mash softened, unsalted butter in a bowl using a fork.
  2. Step
    Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, salt and half of the chopped dill until well incorporated.
  3. Step
    Pour the mixture onto a piece of parchment paper and form the butter into a log using your hands. Completely wrap the butter in the paper and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  4. Step
    Once log is chilled, roll it in the remainder of the fresh chopped dill before slicing.
