- StepIn small saucepan set over medium heat, stir together coffee, cream, brown sugar, vanilla and salt; bring to a boil. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 to 3 minutes or until sugar has dissolved. Let cool completely. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until well chilled.
- StepFill 4 glasses with ice. Pour 2 tbsp/30 mL of coffee syrup over ice in each glass. Divide soda among glasses.
- StepDivide eggnog among glasses. Garnish with cinnamon sticks.
