Ingredients

  1. Step
    Slice steaks as thinly as possible, trimming any excess fat.
  2. Step
    In a large cast iron skillet, melt 1 tbsp of Ontario salted butter over medium-high heat. Add onion, season with ½ tsp salt and sauté until craramelized; set aside.
  3. Step
    In the same pan, melt remaining Ontario unsalted butter and toast buns; set aside.
  4. Step
    Increase heat to high and add sliced ribeye in one even layer, season with remaining salt and pepper.
  5. Step
    When no pink remains, fold onions into beef and divide evenly, filling both rolls.
  6. Step
    Add Ontario shredded mozzarella cheese on top of stuffed rolls. Serve once the cheese has melted.
