  1. Step
    Preheat the oven to 400°F. Leave pizza dough on the counter to come to room temperature

    In bowl, add in diced squash and toss with melted butter and chopped sage. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow mixture to cool to room temperature.

    In a large frying pan on medium-high heat, remove the casing from the sausages and cook lightly until it is crumbled and browned.

    In a large bowl, mix together ricotta, garlic powder, chilli flakes, heavy cream, salt and pepper. Set aside.

    On a oiled baking tray, stretch our the pizza dough until tray surface is covered. Tip

    Spread the ricotta sauce over the pizza, then generously sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Top with the cooked sausage and squash.

    Bake pizza in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and the dough is golden brown.
  8. Step
    Garnish with chopped parsley and toasted pumpkin seeds then serve
