Buttery Grilled Charcuterie Board Panini
We’ve all had charcuterie, but have you ever tried it in a warm buttery toasted panini? All that charcuterie goodness sandwiched between two slices of sourdough, with smoked gouda melted to gooey perfection.

- StepSlice sourdough bread to ½” slices and shred artisan smoked gouda
- StepSpread softened Ontario butter on the outside of the sourdough slices. Lather the other side of the slice with dijon mustard. Layer your favorite charcuterie meats on top and pickles. Generously top off with shredded Ontario artisan smoked gouda. Top off with the second slice of sourdough.
- StepPlace the sandwich onto a panini press and close the lid. Cook paninis for 5-10 minutes or until golden brown. Slice panini in half and serve immediately.
