- StepPat shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper.
- StepHeat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 tbsp (30 mL) butter. Once melted and sizzling, add shrimp in a single layer. Cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink and just cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- StepReduce heat to medium. Add remaining butter to the skillet. Stir in garlic and chili flakes and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant and lightly golden.
- StepAdd lemon juice, zest and milk, stirring to combine into a glossy sauce. Return shrimp to the pan and toss to coat evenly.
