    Heat a grill. Once hot, add buns and toast until lightly golden brown. Set aside.

    In a large bowl, add ground beef, blue cheese, bread crumbs, egg, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste. Form large round patties with your hands.

    Grill burgers on a grill and cook until fully cooked (15-20 minutes).
  4. Step
    Once ready, begin layering the burger with the patty, blue cheese, beefsteak tomato, arugula, top bun and top with a pickle.
