Step 1
Spread butter on both sides of the bread slices. In a fry pan on medium-low heat, toast each side until golden brown.
Step 2
Spread Ontario ricotta cheese and layer with prosciutto, figs and drizzle with honey.
Tip
For a more savoury meal, mix a pinch or two of salt, pepper and chilli powder (adjust according to your taste) into the ricotta before adding it to the bread.
