Bite-sized key lime pie in a fudge? Count us in!
Made with local dairy, and fresh ingredients, these fudge bites are sure to impress any of your guests.
In a large bowl add white chocolate, Ontario condensed milk and salt. Microwave at 30 second intervals until chocolate is melted and smooth when stirred.
Add key lime juice, key lime zest and mix. Pour into ice cube trays or small muffin tins leaving about ¼” for graham cracker crumbs. Set aside.
In a medium-sized bowl add melted Ontario butter. Add graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Once a crumble starts to form, spoon graham cracker crumbs into the fudge tray and gently press down to smoothen out the crust. Refrigerate for half an hour, or until solid.
Once ready, remove from the tray. Top with canned whipped cream and garnish with key lime zest.
