Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350ËšF. Meanwhile, in a large bowl mix flour, Ontario butter and icing sugar until a dough forms. Divide dough into 24 pieces. Roll dough and press into the bottom of a muffin tin
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, egg, and salt. Using a tablespoon, pour mixture into each cup. Press halved pecans on the top of each tart and bake for 20 minutes or until a light brown crust forms. Set aside and let cool before removing.
Step 3
Once cooled, place on a serving plate, drizzle caramel and serve with Ontario ice cream.
