Three Cheese Tandoori Samosas
Take your leftover tandoori chicken to another level with this three cheese samosa recipe. With just a couple extra ingredients you’ll have this simple and elevated hor d'oeuvre recipe ready in minutes!

- StepIn a bowl, combine leftover tandoori chicken, gruyere, gouda, and mozzarella, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix until combined.
- StepTo make an egg wash, combine egg and water and mix until combined and set aside
- StepFold spring roll paper in half from corner to corner, forming a triangle. Fold the right side over. Brush with egg wash and fold left side over and seal. Making a triangle pocket, fill egg roll wrapper with 1 large tbsp of chicken cheese mixture; flip the top fold inwards and seal the seams with the egg wash. Repeat until all wrappers or filling is used.
- StepFry in oil until golden brown and serve warm
