Three Cheese Tandoori Samosas
Take your leftover tandoori chicken to another level with this three cheese samosa recipe. With just a couple extra ingredients you’ll have this simple and elevated hor d'oeuvre recipe ready in minutes!

- StepIn a bowl, combine the tandoori chicken, cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly combined. Set aside.
- StepIn a small bowl, whisk together the egg and water to make an egg wash.
- StepCut the spring roll wrappers into long strips, about 3 inches wide. Keep the wrappers covered with a damp towel while assembling so they do not dry out.
- StepPlace 1–2 tbsp of the chicken and cheese filling at the bottom of one wrapper strip. Fold one corner over the filling to form a triangle, then continue folding the triangle up the strip until fully wrapped. Brush the edge with egg wash and press to seal. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
- StepHeat oil in a deep pan to 350°F. Fry the samosas in batches for 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crisp. Do not overcrowd the pan.
- StepTransfer to a paper towel-lined plate and let cool slightly. Serve warm.
