Simple Roasted Beet Salad with Fresh Buratta

This simple roasted beet salad will soon become one of your favourite recipes to make. Filled with complex flavours made with just a few simple ingredients starring creamy burrata from Ontario.

    Preheat oven at 375F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Step
    Toss beets in olive oil and salt and pepper. Spread the beets evenly on the prepared baking tray. Roast for 25–35 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a fork.

    Let the roasted beets cool slightly, then arrange them on a serving platter.
  4. Step
    Place the burrata on top of the beets and gently tear it open. Drizzle with melted local butter and season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Step
    Drizzle with pomegranate molasses or balsamic glaze. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
