Simple Roasted Beet Salad with Fresh Buratta
This simple roasted beet salad will soon become one of your favourite recipes to make. Filled with complex flavours made with just a few simple ingredients starring creamy burrata from Ontario.

- StepPreheat oven at 375F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- StepToss beets in olive oil and salt and pepper. Spread the beets evenly on the prepared baking tray. Roast for 25–35 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a fork.
- StepLet the roasted beets cool slightly, then arrange them on a serving platter.
- StepPlace the burrata on top of the beets and gently tear it open. Drizzle with melted local butter and season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
- StepDrizzle with pomegranate molasses or balsamic glaze. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
