- StepPreheat the oven to 375˚F. In an oven-proof nonstick skillet,heat with olive oil on medium high. Add garlic, shallot and crushed red pepper. Cook until golden.
- StepMeanwhile, in a large bowl whisk eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Pour eggs over shallots and garlic. Top with sliced Ontario brie and rosemary.
- StepBake for 8-10 minutes or until eggs begin to set. Once ready, garnish with rosemary and serve.
