This super-easy biscuit recipe gets a boost from store bought biscuit mix amped up with just the right ingredients to deliver delicious. Adding Ontario sour cream and butter with bacon and chives is a sure bet to make a delicious meal!

  1. Step
    Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
  2. Step
    In a medium bowl, add all ingredients except the Cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
  3. Step
    In an ungreased, 12-well muffin pan, evenly distribute batter into wells (about 2/3 full). Top each with Ontario Cheddar.
  4. Step
    Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese has melted, tops are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in biscuit centre comes out clean.
