    Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Melt butter in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Season pork with 1/2 tsp (2.5 mL) salt and pepper, then sear in pan for 8 to 12 minutes or until browned all over.

    Add milk, shallots, garlic, chili peppers, orange peel and oregano to pan; bring to a simmer. Cover and transfer to oven. Cook, basting occasionally, for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until pork is very tender.

    Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine pineapple, onion, cilantro, jalapeños, lime juice and remaining salt. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

    Transfer cooked pork to cutting board and shred meat with two forks. Transfer to serving platter and drizzle with some of cooking liquid to moisten.

    Serve pork in tortillas garnished with salsa and feta.
