Mac and Cheese Pizza
Two comfort food legends, one legendary bite! Inspired by the TV show Parks and Rec, this over-the-top mac and cheese pizza is comfort food on comfort food, made extra creamy with locally-made butter and cheddar from right here in Ontario. Perfect for binge-watch nights.

- StepPreheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment or foil.
- StepPrepare the mac and cheese according to package instructions, using the butter and milk to combine with the cheese mix. Set aside once creamy and thick.
- StepIn a pan over medium heat, lightly brown the sliced sausage until caramelized. Set on a paper towel to drain excess grease.
Build your flatbread pizzas
- StepPlace flatbreads on the baking sheet.
- StepSpoon a layer of pizza sauce onto each, leaving a bit of edge around the rim.
- StepAdd a generous scoop of macaroni and cheese on top of the sauce.
- StepSprinkle sausage slices, chopped red pepper, and jalapeño (if using) over the mac.
- StepFinish with a layer of shredded cheese.
- StepBake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling and the edges of the flatbread are crisp.
