Everyone loves a good cheese board! Add in your favourite Ontario cheeses and your set!

  1. Step
    Preheat oven to 350 ̊F and prepare a parchment lined baking sheet.
  2. Step
    Place brie on top of baking sheet and bake until soft (10 minutes).
  3. Step
    Cut block cheeses into cubes or mini triangles. Slice the mozzeralla ball into thin slices or place bocconini onto toothpicks, set aside.
  4. Step
    Prepare a charcuterie board starting with placement of the cheese, followed by fruit, crackers, cookies to fill the space. Be sure to leave the middle area open to fit the Brie!
  5. Step
    Place Greek yogurt into a ramekin, add a drizzle of maple syrup into the yogurt and mix. For a savoury dip, mix in salt and pepper to taste, and top with chopped chives.
  6. Step
    Once ready, place brie in the middle of the board, drizzle maple syrup on top and serve.
