Korean Inspired Poutine with Cheese Curds
Take your fries to another level with this Korean twist on a comfort classic. A melted bed of local white cheddar cheese curds under a tangy kimchi bechamel sauce with crispy fries is a recipe you’ll be making over and over again.

- StepCombine sliced beef with bulgogi marinade and set aside.
- StepTo make the bechamel sauce, add butter and flour to a medium saucepan and whisk. Slowly mix in milk and cook until the sauce thickens. Add salt and pepper, and cream. Cook until thickened and remove from heat.
- StepIn a blender, add bechamel sauce and ⅓ cup of kimchi and blend until smooth. Set aside.
- StepIn a frying pan, add oil and cook marinated beef until tender, about 2 minutes. Remove the pan from heat.
- StepTo assemble the plate, layer fries, bulgogi, white cheddar cheese curds, corn, remaining kimchi and pour the kimchi bechamel overtop. Generously drizzle with kewpie and green onion. Serve immediately.
