    Preheat & Prepare the Pastry. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.

    Assemble the Pinwheels. Evenly layer the ham slices over the pastry. Layer the mozzarella cheese on top. Sprinkle with dried thyme for extra flavor (Optional).

    Roll & Slice. Carefully roll the pastry into a tight log, starting from the longer edge. Use a sharp knife to slice into ½-inch thick rounds.
