Green Ice Cream Pie

Prepare the Chocolate Cookie Crust
- StepAdd the chocolate cookies to a blender or food processor and blend until fine crumbs form. Add the melted butter and blend again until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press the mixture firmly into the base and sides of a 9-inch (23 cm) pie dish. Freeze the crust for 15–20 minutes to set.
Fill the Pie
- StepSpoon the softened mint chocolate chip ice cream into the chilled crust. Smooth the top evenly with a spatula.
Add the Toppings
- StepDrizzle the caramel sauce over the ice cream. Sprinkle the crushed chocolate cookies evenly on top.
Freeze
