Garlic Herb & Cheese Bread

- StepPreheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- StepUsing serrated knife, slice bread into 3/4 inch (2 cm) slices almost all the way through, keeping loaf intact at the bottom, like a fan.
- StepIn a bowl, stir together butter, garlic, parsley, basil and oregano. Spread on one side of each bread slice and place loaf on baking sheet. Sprinkle cheeses in between slices.
- StepBake for about 15 minutes or until golden and crispy. Let cool slightly before pulling apart to eat.
