- StepIn small saucepan set over medium heat, stir together caramel candies and milk. Heat, stirring occasionally, until caramel dissolves and mixture is smooth. Let cool for 1 to 2 minutes. Dip rims of 4 glasses in melted caramel mixture (reserve remaining for Step 2). Let stand for 5 minutes or until set.
- StepIn another small saucepan set over medium heat, warm 1/2 cup (125 mL) milk until heated through and just starting to simmer. Stir in caramel candies, reserved melted caramel mixture and salt until melted.
- StepRemove from heat and stir in white chocolate. Let stand for 1 minute and whisk until smooth. Whisk in remaining milk and vanilla; refrigerate until well chilled.
- StepJust before serving, in medium bowl, using handheld electric mixer, whip cream and confectioners’ sugar until stiff peaks start to form.
- StepDivide crème brûlée milk evenly among glasses. Top each with dollop of whipped cream mixture and garnish with crushed candy canes.
