Instructions

  1. Step
In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, crab meat, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, green onions, and salt. Mix until evenly combined.
  2. Step
Place 2 tsp filling in the centre of each wonton wrapper. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, then bring the corners together and press firmly to seal, removing as much air as possible. Repeat until all the filling is used.
  3. Step
Heat 1–2 inches of vegetable oil in a heavy pot to 350°F. Fry the rangoons in batches for 2–3 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
  4. Step
While the rangoons cool slightly, mix the sour cream, green onion, garlic, and seasoned salt in a small bowl.
  5. Step
Serve the crab rangoons warm with the sour cream green onion dip and garnish with additional green onions.

Notes

Air Fryer Option
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F. Lightly brush or spray the sealed rangoons with oil. Arrange in a single layer, leaving space between each one. Air fry for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until golden brown and crisp. Work in batches as needed.
