    Preheat oven at 350 F, grease cookie sheet.

    Beat local Ontario butter and add vegetable oil. Then add sugar, powdered sugar, egg, and vanilla.

    Stir in flour, baking soda, salt, and contents of the tea bag.

    Chill in the dough in the fridge for about 1 hour.

    Line cookie sheet with 12 tbsp of scooped cookie dough.

    Coat the scooped cookies with sugar, place them onto the cookie sheet, and press evenly to flatten them.

    Bake cookies for 9 minutes, or until edges are golden brown. Let cookies cool down completely.

    In a bowl, mix the powdered sugar and chai tea leaves.

    Gradually add Ontario milk, stirring until you achieve a smooth icing. If it's too thick, add a bit more milk, one teaspoon at a time, until you reach the desired consistency.
