Buttery Charcuterie Panini
We’ve all had charcuterie board, but have you ever tried it in a warm buttery toasted panini? All that charcuterie goodness sandwiched between two slices of sourdough, melted to gooey perfection.

- StepSlice sourdough bread to ½” slices and shred artisan smoked gouda
- StepSpread softened butter on the outside of each sourdough slice. Spread Dijon mustard on the inside of each slice.
- StepLayer the charcuterie meats, sliced pickles, and shredded smoked gouda onto 4 slices of bread. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side facing out.
- StepPlace the sandwiches in a panini press and cook for 5–10 minutes, or until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
- StepIf using a skillet, cook the sandwiches over medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side, pressing gently, until golden and melted. Slice in half and serve immediately.
