    Cut crusts off the bread and flatten with a rolling pin.

    Place 1-2 tsp of cream cheese and spread along the bread. Fill with pieces of strawberry and apple pieces. Roll and set aside.

    In a small bowl, whisk eggs, Ontario buttermilk until well combined and set aside. In a separate bowl, add sugar and cinnamon. Mix and set aside.

    Heat a large non stick skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
  5. Step
    Begin dipping bread rolls in egg mixture and be sure to drain off the excess. Place the bread rolls on the pan and cook until golden brown. Once ready, remove from the pan and roll in cinnamon sugar immediately. Repeat until all rolls are cooked. Once ready, plate and serve.
