- StepPlace a loaf pan in the freezer.
- StepIn a blender, add cottage cheese, honey and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
- StepAdd 1 ½ cup of frozen berries and pulse a few times so they’re incorporated but not completely blended.
- StepRemove the loaf pan from the freezer and pour the cottage cheese mixture in. Top with the remaining berries, and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
- StepOnce ready to serve, let rest at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes, until easy to scoop.
